What are the times for Santa Photography?

Santa arrives on Saturday 11th of November and will be here until Christmas eve, times vary each day. Visit our website for available bookings.

Can I still get my Santa Photography if I am late, or miss my session?

We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session, however will do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to book my Santa Photography Session?

You'll need to pre-book your session to make sure Santa knows you're coming! There won't be any walk-in sessions available.

Where is the Santa set/house located?

Santa’s house is located in Centre Court opposite Boost Juice.

Where should I park for Santa Photography?

The best parking available is in the undercover carpark or the main car park off Maroondah Highway.

Do you offer pet photography?

Yes. Your furry friends are welcome (cats, dogs and rabbits) please ensure you pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around.

Is the Santa set/house wheel chair friendly?

Is there a maximum number of people per booking?

No, the more the merrier. However we reccomend if you have more than 12 people that you make multiple bookings back to back to ensure you have enough time to capture the magic moment

What time should I arrive for my booking?

Please allow for arrival time of 5 minutes prior to your booking.

Do I need to wear a mask or social distance?

No, masks and social distancing are no longer mandatory so guests and Santa are not required to wear a mask or social distance. You will be able to sit with Santa again on the Santa throne.
