Biscoff and Caramilk Christmas Snap

Indulge this festive season with this delightful Biscoff and Caramilk Christmas snap; the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Bundle it up in little packages to share with friends or keep it all to yourself!

Ingredients:
  • 200g butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 6 Arnott’s Saladas
  • ½ block Caramilk chocolate
  • 3 lotus Biscoff cookies
  • 10 green and 10 red M&M’s
 
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a high heat to make caramel (approximately 3 minutes)
  3. Line a baking tray and place the Saladas down. Pour the caramel over and spread across the top
  4. Place in the oven for 5 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, finely chop the Caramilk chocolate
  6. Remove the Saladas from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate on top. The residual heat will melt the chocolate. Spread across creating another layer
  7. Decorate with cracked biscuits crumbs and M&M’s
  8. Place in the freezer for 5 mins, remove, crack and enjoy!
