You must try this viral high protein, low calorie chicken crust pizza. With 70g of protein, coming in at 480 calories per serve, this meal is the perfect way to reach your weight loss goals while still eating the food you love. Simply top crispy low carb, chicken base base, with Caesar salad, crispy bacon and parmesan to enjoy.

 

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast mince
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 slices short cut bacon
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
  • 50g shaved parmesan

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix together the chicken breast mince, eggs, parmesan, paprika, salt & pepper
  3. Line a baking tray and spread the chicken mixture into a circle shape that is 1cm thick. Place in the oven for 30 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, finely dice the bacon and cook in a pan until crispy
  5. Finely chop the lettuce and mix with half the Caesar salad dressing
  6. Remove the chicken pizza base from the oven (should be crispy and hard). Assemble the pizza by spreading the remaining salad dressing onto the base and top with the lettuce, crispy bacon and parmesan
  7. Slice as you would a pizza and enjoy!
