With a Jack-O’-Lantern brie and bite-sized Oreo bats, this Halloween charcuterie board makes for a delightfully freakish feast.
Ingredients & Method
Broomsticks:
- 2 mozzarella cheese stringers
- 6 stick pretzels
- 6 chives
Slice the mozzarella sticks into 3 even tubes. Fray the bottom half to create a “broom” push in a pretzel and wrap with a chive.
Salami rose:
Overlap and continue to lay the salami around the rim of a glass cup until all the salami is used up. Flip and remove from cup, lay on the board.
Oreo Bats
- 3 oreos
- 3 mini Reese’s Mini Butter Cups
- 6 candy eye balls
Slide one Oreo biscuit off the other and cut in half. Using the inner white of the Rreo, stick the “wings” to the Reese’s Butter Cups” Use more of the white to stick the eye balls.
Jack-O’-Lantern Brie
- 1 circle wheel of brie
- 2 tbsp jam
Slice the top off the brie and cut a jack o lantern face. Spread jam on the bottom layer of the brie and top with the cut out face
.
Bloody bocconcini eye balls
- 1 tbsp jam
- Bocconcini balls
- 2 candy eye balls
Roll the bocconcini in jam and pop on the candy eye balls
Other:
- Crackers of your choice
- Cheese of your choice
- Fruit
- Olives
