Take your sushi game to a whole new level with this Prosciutto inspired sushi roll.
Ingredients:
- 150g finely sliced prosciutto
- 1 cup loosely packed rocket
- 6 slices of sundried tomato
- 150g fresh mozzarella pulled into pieces
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Method:
- Lay prosciutto on glad wrap slightly overlapping each other to create a rectangle shape
- In the middle of the prosciutto, lay the rocket, sundried tomato, mozzarella, basil and drizzle half the balsamic glaze on top
- Roll the prosciutto around the filling tightly using the glad wrap to secure
- When ready to eat, unwrap and cut into slices
- Drizzle with remaining balsamic glaze and enjoy!
