Panettone French Toast

Ingredients:
- 2 sliced of panettone
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp butter
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
- Slice the panettone into bread shaped pieces
- Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla essence
- Dip the panettone into the egg wash and coat on both sides
- Add butter to a pan on medium heat and cook the panettone on each side for approx 2-3 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Serve up the panettone french toast with raspberries, blueberries, icing sugar and maple syrup
